Payment & Shipping Policies

Payments are accepted on our secure server via PayPal or Credit Card. In addition, we accept mail payments by personal check or money order. Please note that shipments paid via personal checks are held until the check clears. Checks or money orders should be made payable to: Ludwig Steigler.

Shipping and handling is $5.00 per order. Your books will be shipped via United States Postal Service Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Priority mail and other expedited services are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for specific details.

Orders are shipped on a daily basis. Most orders are shipped within one business day

Sales tax is collected on all orders delivered in Pennsylvania. State law requires that we collect sales tax on the entire order, including shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We are happy to ship books worldwide. However, due to recent international postage changes and the number of different options available, we cannot process international orders on the web page at this time.

Most normal sized books can be shipped worldwide for $12.00 via the US Postal Service Global Priority Flat Rate envelope. Larger books must be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, the rates vary depending on weight. Another option is the USPS Global Priority Flat Rate Box. The cost is based on what fits into the box and not the weight, the box would hold 2-4 large books, 4 or more smaller books for one rate. The rate for Canada and Mexico is $24.00. The rate for the rest of the world is $38.00.
